The Christmas season spent here was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary tea and coffee. The location was perfect because it was close to the market and town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Secure car parking was also appreciated. Breakfast was offered and had everything we needed.

There was some noise from the street and patrons that made it hard to sleep. The shower could have been improved as the shower curtain was old and difficult to move.

The hotel had a couple of advantages that caught my attention. it offered free and unlimited WiFi which allowed me to stay connected to my social media accounts. it was located in a central part of the city which saved me commuting costs. the room rates were highly reasonable which was an added bonus.

The poor housekeeping left a lot to be desired. the rooms were worn out and outdated, and the bathroom wasn't clean.

Very close to the city centre, allowing easy access to all the attractions without the inflated price tag. Convenient location, making it easy to walk to the main attractions within the city centre. The hotel staff provided great service and were very attentive. Basic amenities were provided in the rooms, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a private toilet. The continental breakfast included bread, which was a nice addition and added value to the stay.

Everything was satisfactory and there was nothing that needed improvement.
